As Per Your Request

For those wanting an animated '89 Dennou Uranai cat gif, here it is:

For those of you looking for Mega Man 2 infused Chrontendo goodness, you'll need to wait a few more days.  Check back shortly.  Chrontendo 40 will be ever-so-slightly longer than normal.  I've decided to squeeze in two additional games, so that we can completely wrap up 1988 this epsiode.  Sadly, those two games are semi-crappy Tengen releases: Vindicators and Super Sprint.

Oh shit! This is awesome! It's funny - I just showed this image to a friend of mine at the bar tonight and he said it reminded him of something from Earthbound. I'll have to take his word for it because I've admittedly never played through that game. At any rate, I am taken with this thing. It's kind of embarrassing just how much I love it. Oh well, can't wait for the extra-long episode.

41? What happened to 40?

No, I'm sorry. I'm totally done with Chrontendo since you made this upcoming episode have extra content and awesomeness.

Damn, apparently I can't have a closing tag in there that doesn't really exist. [/sarcasm] should have been at the end of that comment.

Mega Man 2!? Can this episode just be a complete Let's Play of the game?

Wishful thinking on my part. I'm glad someone's keeping tracking of these things.

Thanks for another fine (I'm sure- haven't watched it yet) episode for us. Since we're on the topic, may I point out another small detail? The 60fps episodes are named "30fps...mkv/mp4" on the archive.org page. Still 60fps of course, but I did a double-take when I saw the filename of the downloaded episode.

Oh blah, I scrolled down too far and commented on the wrong post.

Derek, there is a perfectly logical explanation for that: I am retarded. I misnamed the files, and thought I changed them on Archive. It turns out I only changed the name as displayed on the Archive's website, not the real file name. This has been corrected.
